I started writing some poems in the summer of 2024 without really knowing where I was going with them. Over the course of the last year I found my own style in writing poems from the heart that mean something to me but I hope still extend a universal sense of what it is to live in our world today. The title comes from my everyday life in Montreal and belief in the idea that "life happens wherever you are, whether you make it or not".
